In-Tents is highly experienced with pulling permits throughout Florida and the United States. Our expertise in the municipalities we work in the most, allows us to set expectations throughout the entire permit process, set timeline schedules with deadlines, and provide more accurate price projections. Any site specific or special engineering required for permitting can be provided at additional costs. These will be outlined as accurately as possible within our proposal.
In-Tents event CAD and layout designs help our clients get a more visual look and feel of how the tents will be set up and how the basic interior elements will be set within the tent space. These are also used for us to permit the event and obtain any further engineering or documentation needed for permit submissions.
Each event has a starting point and for new clients, an event consultation is where we begin! Whether a simple phone consultation or an in-depth board meeting, this is where our team will gather the minimum details needed to get started. Often, we can provide sizing, product details and general layouts with recommendations, pending a formal site Inspection.
The initial site inspection is where our partnership begins, it is one of the most important aspects of the entire project. During the inspection, our goal is to listen to the team and capture their vision of the event, review the must have elements, and obtain site restrictions from the venue. As a team we will walk the site and our project managers will help advise immediate concerns with the site, foreseen code restrictions and/or requirements with the local permitting municipality, and ultimately provide suggestions of potential changes that could be made to enhance the event or be more efficient.
In-Tents understands that there are a lot of tedious and stressful tasks that need to be undertaken for a successful event. When we build your tent “venue” there are a lot of companies, contractors, staff, and state officials that will need access to perform their jobs so that we all achieve our common goal and deadlines. We are often asked to help assist in the resolution of a situations such as, resort event space over bookings, multiple group events overlapping, long term space expansion, disaster management, etc. Our seasoned staff has seen almost everything and are great at thinking outside of the box. If the minimum time required to safely perform and obtain any required permits is available, our goal is to see through the situation at hand and provide our clients with quick, educated, and effective options.
